1. Casually gaze at photo on screen.

2. Listen to comforting music (if useful and available)
 
3. Turn your attention to some thing or thought that causes you to feel good.
 
4. Write down, dreams, desires, plans, etc. in the box below. Be sure to only include what causes a good feeling when you're thinking about it.
 


5. Send off to G-d, Universe, etc. by any desired means. This can include prayer (such as imagining a little mouth on your heart and have that mouth speak your desires), or speaking towards your Mezuzah, or speaking while touching your Mezuzah, or writing down and throwing into a dream realizer , i.e. a box designated as such. Another alternative is to send the request through the Kotel, the Western Wall of the Holy Temple site in Jerusalem, by simply pressing the send button below.
